Periodistas y salud emocional en Tik Tok: comparativa entre España y Reino Unido

Resumen

Este artículo analiza la narrativa digital en torno al bienestar emocional de los periodistas en Reino Unido y España. Con el foco en Tik Tok y a través de un análisis cualitativo comparado de contenido publicado en esta plataforma, se exploran narrativas personales, representaciones del estrés laboral y discursos sobre salud mental. El enfoque metodológico es mixto, combinando técnicas de recolección de datos automatizadas, análisis de contenido asistido por inteligencia artificial y análisis estadístico y de redes para examinar las narrativas sobre el estrés, la presión y la precariedad en el periodismo difundidas a través de TikTok en España y el Reino Unido. Los resultados revelan que el contexto cultural y profesional influye en el modo en que los periodistas se expresan sobre su estado emocional. Y que las redes sociales funcionan como espacios de expresión profesional y personal. Permiten además reflexionar sobre las causas que generan impacto en el bienestar emocional de quienes ejercen la profesión periodística.
