This study adopts a critically pragmatic perspective to examine how communication theory and practice can engage with the the Ecosocial Transition (ET), a concept that encompasses social and economic justice, as well as the rights of animals and nature. The main objective is to develop an Antidote-Communication Model Supporting the Ecosocial Transition (IMRESCom Model), aiming at critically examine the narrative strategies surrounding the ET and to contribute to the construction of new imaginaries. The Delphi method is used to validate the key dimensions of the proposed communication model, with a purposive sample of audiovisual content. The resulting model is structured around three key dimensions: the cognitive-contextual process, the antidote narrative perspective and the social responsibility; it seeks to stimulate public debate and foster constructive discourse, with the aim of enhancing awareness, critical reflection, and civic engagement.
